FIRST FRIDAY AT THE GALLERY

The gallery opens a new exhibit the first Friday of every month with a reception to meet the featured artist. Gallery Uptown is located at 201 Washington Ave., Downtown Grand Haven. Reception is held from 5:30-8:30pm; call the Gallery Uptown at (616) 846-5460.

HEAVENLY CREATIONS CRAFT SHOW

Exhibitors with their crafts. We will also have a Bake Shoppe and concession serving breakfast and lunch. St. Johns Lutheran School, 525 Taylor Street, Grand Haven. 9-4pm, Contact 616-842-0260 for more information. Admission is $.50. Children are free.

COOL-YULE-YOUR DOWNTOWN EXPERIENCE

Enjoy chestnuts roasting outside the streets, carriage rides back and forth on Washington Street. Merchants will be celebrating the Christmas season with festive food & drinks. 10am-Close (Prior to the Jingle Bell Parade)

JINGLE BELL PARADE

The popular Jingle Bell Parade is an annual event in downtown Grand Haven the first Saturday evening of December with “lighted” entries and featuring Santa & Mrs. Claus. The parade route through downtown ends at Central Park for the lighting of the Christmas tree and enjoyment of hot chocolate provided by the Salvation Army. Parade start time is 6:00pm (note: different from previous years). Event is free for spectators with minimal entry fee for participants. The event is presented by the Chamber Ambassadors and sponsored by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan. Contact: the Chamber 616-842-4910.

CLASSIC HOLIDAY HOME TOUR

Classic and historical homes on tour in Tri-Cities area. Holiday decorations and unique and historical décor. Tours run on Saturday from 1-6pm and Sunday  1-5pm. Sponsored by Tri-Cities Historical Museum and Habitat for Humanity. Admission is $12, you can purchase tickets at the museum or at your first home. HAPPY ELVES CRAFT SHOW

Wall to Wall Fun & loads of talent, with over 70 booths where you are sure to find a treasure. Visit Santa, food booths, daycare provided so you can browse the show at your leisure. Craft show to be held at White Pines Middle School located at 1400 S. Griffon, for craft application call Karen Goresch at 616-842-6107. Craft show hours are 9-4pm.

CAROL SING IN FERRYSBURG

Christmas Carols, hot chocolate, & donuts around the campfire, and don't forget Santa will be there.  Come to William Ferry Park in Ferrysburg on Friday night at 6:00 p.m. for a little holiday spirit!  For further information contact the City of Ferrysburg at 842-5803.
