There are over 100 miles of bike paths throughout Northwest Ottawa County. Popular paths and trails run along the Lake Michigan shoreline on Lakeshore Drive between Grand Haven and Holland, crossing the Grand River coneecting Spring Lake, Grand Haven and Ferrysburg. Muskegon "Rail to Trail" bike path is 25 miles from Marne to Muskegon. Bicycle and in-line skate rentals are available in downtown Grand Haven. Bike paths often cross busy streets of the area. The Boardwalk

2 1/2 miles along the Grand Haven harbor lined with shops, restaurants, marinas, and charter fishing boats culminating at the catwalk and pier. While it's a great place for a brisk walk, there are plenty of grassy knolls and benches for idlers who prefer people and boat watching.

Musketawa Rail to Trail

Bike path featuring 26 miles of paved trail from the towns of Marne, Conklin, Ravenna to Muskegon. Popular for biking, hiking, rollerblading, and walking. Contact the Ottawa County Parks 1-888-731-1001 ext. 4810.
