Level – sleeps 4 – 2 bedrooms with a full
size bed in each bedroom. Very nice furnishings are complete
with central air conditioning, washer, dryer, TV, DVD/VCR, satellite,
bed linens and towels provided. Fully furnished kitchen includes
microwave, cooking supplies and coffee maker. Private backyard
with picnic table and gas grill, patio swing. Rates: $875
before Memorial Day in May & after Labor Day in September. June,
July and August - $975; Coast Guard week and July 4th week
- $1,075. Check In Saturday 4 pm; Check Out Saturday
10 am. 50% deposit is required to secure reservation, balance
is due 3 weeks prior to arrival, along with a refundable $200 damage/cleaning
deposit provided home is left in same condition and prompt check
out. SORRY – NO SMOKING, NO PETS. Available weekly,
