fun, these three fully furnished condos are privately owned and pride
has been taken to make sure your experience is unmatchable in luxury

bedroom, two bath condo. A private balcony, spacious
windows, and the rooftop deck access will capture memorable sunsets. Miles
of sugar sand beaches are just a short stroll away. Walk to

after cross-country skiing. The master suite has a king size
bed draped in soft linens inviting you to relax and sleep in, private
access to the balcony, LCD TV, spa-like master bath, and a walk-in
closet. The second bedroom offers a queen size bed draped in
the same luxurious linens, and a third LCD TV. Each
unit can comfortably sleep 6 and are located only 40 minutes
from Grand Rapids, and less than 3
hours from Detroit or Chicago. Other amenities include: wheelchair
accessible, fully equipped kitchen, ice-maker, patio furniture, secured
underground parking, elevator access, washer/dryer, central air/heat,
dishwasher, CD/DVD/Radio/Cable, room to entertain. No pets
allowed EXCEPT FOR UNIT 203 (weight limit); NO smoking allowed. $400-$500
daily rental; $2,400-$3,000 weekly rental ($2,800-$3,500 for Coast
Guard Festival week); winter rates available; 50% deposit
