home. It is only one block away from restaurants, waterfront,
Chinook Pier and the boardwalk. These completely remodeled, two
bedroom condominiums include fully stocked kitchens, comfortable
living rooms, fireplaces, air conditioning, in-unit laundry, ten
foot ceilings and their own private deck or porch with gas grill
and seating. Each unit can comfortably
sleep 4 adults and has all the amenities of home. This
is an excellent location where you can enjoy the activities of downtown
but can escape to your own private and quiet condominium with ample
off street parking and large backyard. The Franklin House is
a great gathering place for family reunions. Sorry, pets and
smokers cannot be accommodated. Weekly

June $750, July-August $950, September - $600. Exceptions: July
4th week $1,100; Coast Guard Festival weeks each $1,100.
