microwave, dishes, pots/pans. Ample storage available. Linens/towels
supplied, as well as telephone, cable & internet. Also have
2 dedicated car parking spaces. Weekly rental – Memorial
Day-Labor Day, $1,400 weekly; 4th of July and Coast Guard
weeks, $1,700 weekly. Discount on multiple week rentals. $200
damage/cleaning deposit partially refundable. 50% plus deposit
to secure reservation, balance 3 weeks prior to arrival. Winter
rental available. Sorry no smoking and no pets.
