home! This house has two “homes”; the “Top
Hat” upstairs, and “Under Cover” on the lower floor. Located
in the downtown wi-fi area at 108 Franklin, it’s a block
from the channel/boardwalk or Washington
Street, where you will find many fine
shops and restaurants. View the fireworks or hear the Musical
Fountain which plays every night from Memorial Day to Labor Day while
relaxing or entertaining from either the upstairs deck of the Top
Hat or the front porch of Under Cover. You can easily walk,
bike or take the Harbor Trolley to the State Park and beach, located
only a half mile away! Each private residence can comfortably sleep 4-6 persons. The two
bedroom, one bath accommodations each have a queen bed,
bunk bed (downstairs is a twin over full), sleeper sofa, fully stocked
and equipped kitchen, full size washer/dryer, cable TV/DVD, air-conditioning,
and gas grill. Linens and towels are provided in these all-inclusive
homes where you do not pay extra for cleaning, or need a security
deposit for the place you will come to know as your “home” away
from home. Weekly Rates: May - $450,
June - $650, July & August
- $850 except the week of July 4th $950,
Coast Guard Festivald week - $1100 (booked
for 2008), September
- $500. Pets are possible. Sorry, no smoking allowed
in the house. Off-season and winter rates available.
