lighthouse, town and shares over 1000’ of private Lake Michigan frontage
with only twenty cottages. This unique association is directly on
the beach with no busy roads to cross and just a few steps down to beach. A
playground and tennis court is located in the Association. This classic
cottage is 100’ from beach steps. It includes updated kitchen
and bath with Jacuzzi tub. All the comforts of home including: fireplace,
High Speed Internet, TV, VCR, DVD, CD player, microwave, cappuccino maker,
etc. Outside there are two large decks, gas grill, and a fireplace
for cool evenings. Sleeps 8. Bring linens
and towels, everything else is here! No Pets – No Smoking. This
is our vacation home, not a full time rental. Rates: July
- $1,550/week, August $1,550/week. A
special rate for Sunday 7:00 p.m. through Friday 6:00 p.m. may
be available. Spring
and fall color at discount rates. One half weeks rent deposit required.
