Beach access directly across the road a few steps to a mile long private beach on Lake Michigan’s finest shoreline. 2 story home with picture windows to lake on west and outside dining deck facing wooded dunes to the east. Air conditioned. Sleeps 8 with 2 bedrooms and bath on lower level and 2 bedrooms and 1 + 1/2 bath on upper level. Kitchen, dining, living room are on the upper level. Kitchen has all appliances plus washer and dryer. Furnishings are complete, full inventory of bedding linens, dish and tableware. One family only, no pets and no smoking inside. Rental $2,000 per week due 4 weeks prior to occupancy. Deposit to confirm reservation $400. Deposit becomes security deposit to apply to any damages. Check-in time Saturday after 3 PM and check-out time Saturday at 11 AM. Seasonal rental available from Sept-May at off season rates. All weeks in June discounted to $1600 per week.
