a fully equipped kitchen with granite bar/stools – stainless
dishwasher, microwave, ice making refrigerator, Jenn Air range. Bedding,
kitchenware and cleaning supplies are furnished. Also included
are the washer and dryer, central air, gas grill, outside fire pit,
numerous ceiling fans, 5 skylights, wood burning fireplace, and 4 TV’s. It
has a large, furnished wrap-around outdoor patio/deck. There’s
a huge walk-out lower level game area with wet bar and big screen TV. Sorry,
no pets or inside smoking. $500 refundable security deposit and
a $150 non-refundable cleaning fee are required. We rent Saturday
to Saturday with check-in time at 4 p.m. Saturday and check out time
at 10 a.m. Saturday; $2,800 weekly. Visit
