newly constructed 3200 sq. ft. house is located on the southwest end
of Pigeon Lake with a beautiful view of Port Sheldon and Lake

four bath, three decks. Two of the bedrooms have access to a
private upper deck. Fully furnished with all the necessities
to sit back and enjoy the area. Linens included. A 60 foot
deep-water dock and 100 feet of lake frontage is just off of the deck
for your swimming and boating needs. The house is also in the
Port Sheldon Beach Association with Tennis Courts and Access to a private Lake
Michigan Beach a short walk away. NO Pets
and NO Smoking Strictly Enforced. July/August weekly rates
are $2,800 to $3,600, June and September weekly rates are $1,200 to
$3,000. 10
