on a dune, this contemporary year-round home offers breathtaking views
of Lake Michigan and the wooded dunes
of the nature preserve that adjoins the property to the rear. Stairs
or elevator will take you up to the first and second floors. Our
home is located two miles north of the Grand Haven pier and one mile
north of North Beach Park and is available for rent a few weeks
in the summer. Home has lots of light with cathedral ceiling
and open great room/dining room/kitchen area. There are two
bedrooms, plus sleeping loft (sleeps 7) and 2 ½ baths. Fully
equipped with JennAir appliances, pantry, dishes, pots and pans, dishwasher,
oven and microwave, washer & dryer, gas grill, cable TV, VCR and
DVD player, central air, heat, fireplace, 3 decks, Jacuzzi in master
bath, patio furniture and beach chairs. There is also a nice
selection of books, videos and DVD’s to enjoy, rain or shine. Pillows,
blankets and linens provided. Association beach access is just
a few steps away. The Grand Haven area has much to enjoy with
miles of bicycle paths, shopping, excellent restaurants and golf courses
nearby. Sorry, no pets or smoking. Rate: $3,000
per week with 50% non-refundable booking deposit. $500
refundable security/damage deposit and balance due 14 days prior to
check-in.
