has a front roadside yard with garage, and back yard leading down to
a pristine sugar sand beach. Parking is limited to 4 vehicles
(a trailerable boat would be considered one of the 4 vehicles). No
motor homes, camping trailers or tents. Cottage has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, kitchen, living room
with fireplace and TV with DVD/VCR. There is an enclosed front
porch on the lake side. Fully furnished with all towels and linens
provided. Located 5 miles south of Grand Haven with easy access
to bike paths right along Lakeshore
Drive. Rentals are Saturday to Saturday. $1,900/week
June 28 – Sept. 6; $1,200/week all other times (plus $200 per
person for parties over 6 people to a maximum of 8). 50% non-refundable
deposit down to confirm your reservation, due upon booking. Remainder
due upon your arrival, along with a $250 refundable security deposit. After
Labor Day & before June 28th non-seasonal rate of $267/day,
with a three day minimum, or $1,200/week (plus $200 per person for
parties over 6 people to a maximum of 8).
