Outside relax in the delightful private back yard with patio and grill. Sleeps 6. $800 weekly rental Sunday to Sunday. ($900 Coast Guard Festival and 4^th of July.) 50% non-refundable reservation deposit. Balance along with $150 refundable damage and cleaning deposit due 10 days prior to stay. Winter rental also available.
