Located along the shores
of Lake Michigan, 6 miles north of Holland and 8 miles south of Grand Haven. Private
association offers tennis courts, play areas, wooded green zones, and
over 1,000 feet of private, sandy beach on Lake
Michigan. Pigeon Lake connects
to Lake Michigan, making this a perfect location for boating, fishing,
swimming and peaceful walks along the Lake Michigan shore. Numerous
paved bike paths connect Holland and Grand Haven. A public boat
launch on Pigeon Lake and
a private dock ($ fee) are available. Two
bedrooms and one full bath sleeps
six very comfortably. Linens and bath towels provided
along with full kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, and washer and
dryer. No Pets and No Smoking Strictly Enforced. July/August
weekly rental rates are $1,000-$1,200. June/September weekly
rates are $700-$1,000. 50% (non-refundable) deposit required
with reservation and balance due four weeks prior to arrival. A
$300 damage/cleaning deposit is refundable provided cottage left in
excellent condition and prompt check out. Check in Saturday 3
PM with check out Saturday 10 AM. Reduced off season monthly,
