Completely remodeled 4 bedroom cottage-style home on a dead end street.  Featuring a main floor bedroom, 3 bedrooms upstairs and 2 full baths.  Sleeps 8 people plus a bunk bed.  Amenities include washer, dryer, dishwasher, TV w/ VCR/DVD and cable, gas grill and picnic table.  Linens and towels provided.  Walking distance to the YMCA, Mulligans Hollow, waterfront and downtown.  May – September rental available at $850 per week.  Fourth of July-$1,100; Coast Guard-$1,200.  A 50% deposit is due at the time of reservation, with the rental balance and security deposit due 2 weeks prior to arrival.  Check in is Saturday at 3:00 pm and Check out is the following Saturday by 11:00 am.  No smoking or pets.  Winter rentals available.
