Three TV/VCR/DVD players with cable and wireless internet service. Air conditioned. Close to restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, charter fishing and beaches. Available weekly during the summer at $1,050/week with 50% down to confirm reservation and balance due before occupancy. (Security deposit of $200 will be refunded within 30 days if no damage.) Not available Memorial Day weekend, June 1-7, July 6-31, August 1 & 2, Labor Day weekend. Monthly winter rates available September – May $900/month including utilities. No phone.
