of the lake from every room in the house except from the back entry
and the 1 1/2 baths. We’ve recently completed numerous
updates to make your stay even more comfortable. Watch the Yacht
Club sailboat races from the comfortable deck, relax or swim at the
beach, laze away the afternoon in the hammock while the kids have fun
in the fenced-in backyard playhouse, or grab the trolley and explore
the beautiful Tri-Cities area. Whimsically decorated with stenciling
and new furniture mixed with comfortable antiques and wicker, this
cottage offers: 3 bedrooms,
den (could be used as a fourth bedroom), living room with glass-front
gas log stove, fully stocked kitchen/eating area with dishwasher/garbage
disposal, washer/dryer, air conditioning, color TV/VCR/DVD player,
phone, youth bed/porta crib/high chair, 2 man raft/preservers, bikes,
toys/books/puzzles/games, jungle gym. Lovely linens (even beach
towels) provided. Freshly baked goodies, popcorn, chilled bottle
of bubbly await your arrival. No smoking, No pets. Rates: $950/weekly,
$150/nightly. $200 cleaning/security deposit. 1/2 down
to confirm your reservation with the balance due 30 days prior to your
arrival.
