newly remodeled large Lake Michigan BEACHFRONT home on North Shore Estates
Road has a private beach with magnificent views and is completely furnished
with a mixture of antiques and casual style furniture. There
are 4 bedrooms, plus a loft with 2 twin beds
and a futon. There are 3 baths (the master bath features a two
person heart shaped Jacuzzi). We even feature a private out-door
shower / changing area (our favorite). A large living room with
fireplace opens to a patio with a gas grill, patio table & chairs
seating 8, overlook the water, and stairs to a private beach. Also,
a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances including: microwave,
dishwasher, disposal, coffee maker, cookware, dishes and towels; a
spacious dining area, wet bar, TV/VCR, stereo cassette, CD, DVD, washer/dryer,
sheets, blankets, and pillows are included. Just bring the family
and towels. We rent mid-July through Labor Day, Saturday
to Saturday, $4,350/week. A $1,000 security deposit is required. Sorry,
no pets. Single family rentals only, with a max of 12 people. Also
available post-Labor Day through May – monthly, weekly & weekends
or for the entire off season. Call for fall & winter rates. Reserve
