Cozy cottage with magnificent 1000’ private, sandy beach in quiet area of mixed year round homes and summer cottages, 1 mile south of Grand Haven State Park.  Private Association includes tennis court, play area and bonfire pit.  Short distance to golf, shopping, dining and bike paths.  Three bedroom, 1 bath, sleeps 5-6; occupancy limited to 6 people at all times – single family or couples only, please.  Cable TV, VCR/DVD, gas grill, washer & dryer, screened in porch, huge deck.  No pets, no smoking, renters must supply linens and towels.  $1,700 per week plus $500 damage deposit, refunded if cottage left clean, undamaged, household items in place and check out prompt.  Rents Saturday to Saturday; check in 3:00 p.m.; check out 10:00 a.m.
