A short distance from golf course, shopping, dining, tennis courts and bike path. 3 bedrooms, 2 baths. Washer, dryer, gas grill, large screened in porch. Rented Sat. to Sat. No smoking, no pets, single families or couples only please. Occupancy limited to 6 people at all times. Renters must supply linens and towels. $1800 per week. $1900 Coast Guard week plus $500 damage deposit refunded if cottage is left clean, undamages, household items are in place and check out is prompt. Extra $200 charge per person for any unauthorized persons. Deposit unrefundable if we are unable to rebook.
