Vintage 3 bedroom, 2 bath home tucked high into the dunes providing never to be forgotten overview of Lake Michigan.  Steps lead to 1000 feet of private association beach 1 mile south of state park.  Fully furnished kitchen & laundry.  Bedrooms, with twin & bunk beds, and space for port-a-crib, if needed.  Spacious master suite with king bed.  Four deck areas for grilling, eating & relaxing.  Weekly rental Sat-Sat, June-September - $1,750.00 per week plus $100 cleaning fee per week.  No smoking, no pets.  Occupancy limited to 6 people at all times.  50% non-refundable deposit ($875.00) at time of reservation.  Rental balance, cleaning fee and $500.00 security deposit required 2 weeks prior to arrival.  Security deposit refunded within 3 business days of departure.  Good times and memories promised.
